PoolModo is a record-keeping and tracking application. It provides a place to log pool chemistry readings, service notes, weather context, and pool equipment details over time. PoolModo does not monitor your pool, test your water, or perform any analysis of your water quality.
PoolModo makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the quality, safety, or condition of your pool water at any time. The presence of recorded readings within target ranges does not mean your water is safe for swimming. Always use certified test kits or professional water testing services to verify actual water conditions.
Any dosing guidance, target ranges, or chemical recommendations displayed in PoolModo are calculated solely from the values you enter. If you enter inaccurate readings, the resulting guidance will reflect those inaccurate inputs. PoolModo cannot verify the accuracy of your test results.
You are solely responsible for verifying any dosing action against current water test results before adding chemicals to your pool. Always follow chemical manufacturer instructions and applicable safety guidelines.
PoolModo is not a substitute for advice from a licensed pool professional, water treatment specialist, or chemical safety expert. If you are uncertain about your water chemistry or the safety of your pool, consult a qualified professional before taking action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoolModo and its operators shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, or harm arising from reliance on information displayed in the application, including any dosing recommendations, trend data, or historical readings. Use of PoolModo is at your own risk.
All pool data, readings, and notes stored in PoolModo are entered by you. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you record. Your data is stored privately in your account and is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PoolModo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
